Student Portfolios
As a major part of my classroom during my Student Teaching, I required all students to keep track of their learning and their work through digital portfolios. Students used online website builders like weebly, yola, and freewebs to create their portfolios, which served as a way to publish and store writing done throughout the course. Digital Portfolios also ended up serving as a record of students' work and thinking. I received incredible feedback from students on simply doing portfolios, and many students really invested themselves in their portfolios above and beyond the simple requirements for the class.
